EFFECTIVE 9 APRIL 2026

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and the operator of 0Day (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the 0Day iOS app (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

0Day is a security intelligence app for software developers. It aggregates publicly available threat intelligence from security research sources, vendor advisories, and vulnerability databases, then surfaces it in a curated feed filtered to your tech stack.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that any particular threat, CVE, or vulnerability will be surfaced, nor that the Service will be free of errors or interruption.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use 0Day on iOS devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; redistribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the app; remove proprietary notices; use the app to build a competing product; scrape, crawl, or mirror the threat feed for commercial redistribution; or use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

0Day offers auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple’s In-App Purchase system. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the following:

The full End User License Agreement governing your in-app purchases is Apple’s standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the credentials used to sign in to 0Day. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes all your personal data from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Apple’s record of your purchases is retained by Apple per their own policies.

5. Threat intelligence accuracy

The information surfaced in 0Day is aggregated from third-party sources and classified with the help of machine learning models. We take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy but we make no warranty that any particular threat, vulnerability, mitigation, or recommendation is complete, correct, or timely.

0Day is an informational tool, not a substitute for professional security advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any intelligence before taking action, and for following the remediation procedures recommended by your vendors, upstream maintainers, or security team.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses.

Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (including EU consumer law and Dutch Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 7) remain unaffected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) twenty euros (€20).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services including Apple’s App Store, Firebase Authentication, and Amazon Web Services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use is harmful to other users, the Service, or us. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you in-app before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of habitual residence.
